I work with adults and older adolescents (ages 16+), integrating evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy within a Biblical worldview that believes in each person's inherent worth and capacity for growth. I provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and families navigating concerns such as addiction, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, dysregulated stress response, low self-esteem, relational conflict, and codependency.
My work is informed by an integrative mental health framework that considers the role of nutritional factors in shaping mood, stress response, and cognitive health. I also emphasize the exploration of cognitive-behavioral patterns and attachment styles, helping clients develop greater insight, emotional regulation, and healthier interpersonal dynamics.
As part of our work together, I also encourage clients to consider a functional nutrition assessment in conjunction with counseling. This integrative approach allows us to provide more comprehensive support for your overall health and well-being.
