What is the purpose of Counseling?
I believe everyone can benefit from counseling. It creates space for greater self-awareness and support in navigating life’s challenges with authenticity, clarity, and compassion. Counseling is designed to restore hope, renew purpose, and support meaningful wellness goals. It also helps clients develop healthier thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and build effective coping mechanisms.
What concerns do you treat?
I provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and families navigating concerns such as addiction, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, dysregulated stress response, low self-esteem, relational conflict, and codependency.

Most clients find it convenient to fill out this paperwork online via our client portal, but if you prefer, hard copies are available.
