Couples & Family
Therapy
Couples and family sessions are designed to help restore and strengthen your relationships. Using a restorative and preventative approach, we will work to build stronger family connections, improve communication skills, and resolve conflicts. You will receive the support and guidance necessary to create a healthier family dynamic. Sessions are confidential and supportive, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as a couple.

I work with adults and older adolescents (ages 16+), integrating evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, within a Biblical worldview, that recognizes each person’s inherent worth and capacity for change. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families navigating addiction, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, conflict resolution, and codependency. My approach also gives focus to cognitive patterns, attachment styles, and nutritional health variables that impact mood, stress response, and relationships.
Once I receive your appointment request, we will schedule a brief 10–15-minute phone consultation at no charge. After scheduling your first appointment, you will need to complete intake paperwork to officially get started. Most clients prefer to complete this paperwork online through the client portal, but hard copies are also available (just arrive at least ten minutes before your first appointment). Counseling sessions typically last about 53-55 minutes each.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text at least 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation fees.
