Group Support

P.E.A.C.E.finders (Pause.Explore.Ask.Calm.Empower) is a welcoming, Christ-centered group open to the community. We gather periodically over lunch to cultivate practical skills that foster lasting wellness and spiritual growth. Rooted in a strong faith foundation, the group is guided by Colossians 3:15: “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.”

Grounded in Biblical principles and evidence-based tools, we will address key topics that impact everyday living, including:

• Understanding anxiety and depression

• Recognizing and supporting ADHD

• Developing healthy boundaries that protect your peace

• Building resilience, emotional strength, and peace-focused coping strategies

• Using nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle habits to enhance mood, focus, and wellness
