Following the positive response to our December Lunch & Learn, we invite you to join us for lunch on February 19 for a more in-depth exploration of nutrition and mental wellness.​

Sara will guide us through reading nutrition labels, understanding sugar vs. added sugar, and how fiber supports blood sugar and mood.

Amanda will discuss strategies to manage stress, mental fatigue, and racing thoughts, including understanding the body’s response to perceived threats and how anxiety and ADHD are related, but not the same.
​Attendance is free, but a suggested donation of $5 is appreciated to help cover the cost of lunch and resources.
