About the event
Amanda Thornton is a Licensed Professional Counselor who uses a Cognitive-Behavioral-Somatic approach informed by a Biblical worldview. She holds two graduate degrees from the University of Texas at Tyler and completed clinical training with the Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical or Mental Impairments, deepening her understanding of the biological and sociological factors influencing mental health. Amanda also serves as a Professor of Psychology at Tyler Junior College.
Sara Schader is a Board-Certified Health Coach, Functional Nutritionist, and the founder of Radiant Resilience Health. With a deep belief that God designed our bodies with intention, wisdom, and an incredible capacity to heal, Sara helps women restore their health through personalized nutrition, lifestyle rhythms, and grace-filled guidance.
