P.E.A.C.E.finders is a dedicated wellness group for high school students (grades 9-12) focused on promoting mental well-being. We understand that challenges like anxiety, depression, and social pressure can affect many teens, and we are here to help. Our approach emphasizes the effective use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to support you in navigating the ups and downs of teenage life.
The Approach
In our sessions, you’ll engage in meaningful discussions and apply practical CBT tools to help you:
Identify and challenge negative thought patterns
Enhance your emotional resilience
